Description
If your boat sinks before you can launch the liferaft, the Hammar H20R does it for you. Between 1.5 and 4 meters of water depth, water pressure trips a blade that cuts the raft loose so the canister floats to the surface. As the vessel keeps sinking, the painter line pulls tight, the raft inflates, and the red weak link breaks so the raft floats free.
Why boaters choose the H20R
- Maintenance-free. There is nothing to service. The expiration date is printed on the unit; replace it every two years.
- Built for salt water. Glass-fiber-reinforced nylon housing that will not corrode.
- Fits almost any raft. Rated for liferafts from 6 to 150 persons, recreational or commercial.
- Easy to install. Comes complete with the white double-loop rope, release mechanism and red weak link.
